Refund policy

The short version: digital downloads can’t be returned, so all sales are final. If something is actually wrong, email readysethostguide@gmail.com and it gets fixed.

Why sales are final

The kit is delivered in full, immediately, and cannot be un-downloaded. You know exactly what you are buying before you pay: the contents are listed page by page on this site.

When a refund is given anyway

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The files are corrupt or won’t open, and can’t be replaced.
• You bought the same kit twice by mistake.
• The purchase was not made by you — report it and it is refunded and reported.

Email readysethostguide@gmail.com with your order reference within 30 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Problems that are not refunds

An expired download link, a lost file, or an email that landed in spam are all fixed for free — just ask. You do not need a refund to get your files.
